By working with Dr. Sarah, you get strategic advice on how to buy time and demonstrate to funders or higher administrators why a program should remain open. Performance consulting focuses on the organization, school or department as a whole.

We have worked with school owners, program directors and managers, coaching them on program management, marketing, and student recruitment for over a decade.

We provide coaching and consulting in person in the Calgary area, and to clients around the world using Skype. We have coached clients in Canada, the U.S and Europe.
